homeowners save money on their property taxes by assisting the
homeowner in reducing their assessed property value. PTAA, LLC
charges an upfront flat fee as noted in our letter, and no other
fees. We guarantee that your assessed value will be reduced for
the tax year we work on or we will refund your fee. The amount
of your property taxes is based on the assessed value of the
property, so the lower your assessed value, the lower your
property taxes.
